Requirements:
Proven experience as a Medical Coder, with at least 3-5 years in a healthcare setting.
Certification such as CPC, CCS, or equivalent is required.
Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and coding standards (ICD, CPT, HCPCS).
Attention to detail and analytical skills.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Bachelor's degree in Health Information Management, Medical Records, or related field preferred.
