Administrative Assistant
Job Location : Saudi Arabia
Key Responsibilities :
• Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and related documents.
• Organize meetings, schedules, and coordinate internal communication.
• Maintain filing systems, handle office documentation, and ensure proper record keeping.
• Assist with administrative work and support daily operational activities.
• Manage email communication and respond professionally to inquiries.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth office operations.
Requirements :
• 1–2 years of experience in administrative or office support roles.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to manage workload independently and maintain attention to detail.
• English language proficiency (written and spoken).
