Job Summary:
Lead and manage a team of sales consultants in Toyota Showrooms to achieve sales targets, maintain customer satisfaction, and ensure compliance with company policies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
3–5 years of experience in automotive sales, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
Strong communication (English & Arabic) with a customer service passion.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of Toyota products and dealership operations preferred.
25 – 40 years of age
