Job Title: Work Permit Receiver (WPR) – Saudi Aramco Certified
Qualifications:
Diploma/ ITI Vocational
Responsibilities:
Coordinate with site engineers, safety team, and Saudi Aramco representatives for work permit approvals
Prepare, submit, issue, and close Work Permits (Hot Work, Cold Work, Confined Space, etc.)
Ensure all site activities comply with Saudi Aramco safety standards and refinery guidelines
Conduct site inspections before issuing work permits
Monitor ongoing activities to ensure adherence to permit conditions
Assist HSE team in hazard identification and implementation of control measures
Maintain work permit documentation and daily activity reports
Communicate with supervisors and subcontractors for safe task execution
Stop unsafe acts and immediately escalate safety concerns
Support shutdown planning and coordination activities
Requirements:
Valid Saudi Aramco Approved Work Permit Receiver (WPR) certificate
Valid Saudi IQAMA
Minimum 3+ years Gulf experience
Total experience of 5+ years in oil & gas or refinery projects
Must be currently available in KSA
Immediate joining required
Experience in shutdown projects is mandatory
