Fixed Assets Management
Register, inventory, and reconcile fixed assets with the General Ledger (GL).
Calculate and record monthly depreciation and post related entries in the accounting system.
Prepare and maintain detailed fixed assets schedules and reports.
Monthly Closures & Reporting
Follow up on fixed assets accounts during monthly closures.
Prepare and issue the trial balance accurately and on time.
General Ledger & Account Analysis
Analyze general accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Support financial reviews and audits related to fixed assets and GL balances.
Requirements
Experience: 2–3 years in accounting (fixed assets focus preferred).
Strong knowledge of fixed assets accounting, depreciation, and GL reconciliation.
Ability to prepare reports, schedules, and account analyses.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
