We are seeking an experienced Site Engineer – Civil to manage epoxy flooring and paint works. The role involves site execution, client coordination, quantity calculations, and overall site management.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise Epoxy Flooring and Paint Works
Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams
Prepare and submit IPA (Interim Payment Applications)
Perform quantity take-offs and scope calculations (QS-level understanding)
Plan and manage site material requirements
Prepare detailed material lists and ensure availability
Supervise daily site activities and maintain quality standards
Handle site team and labor effectively
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering
Valid Iqama (minimum 4 months validity)
Proven experience in epoxy flooring and paint works
Strong site management and coordination skills
Salary & Benefits:
Basic Salary: SAR 2,700
Food Allowance: SAR 300
Total Salary: SAR 3,000
