Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve defined targets and business goals
Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to meet performance objectives
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to improve sales performance
Prepare periodic sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for management
Ensure excellent customer service and long-term client retention
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the food industry
Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets
Strong leadership skills and team management experience
Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English
Valid KSA driving license (mandatory)
Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
