Job Overview:
ZYfire Saudi Arabia is hiring a skilled and detail-oriented RTP Tube Inspector to ensure the highest quality standards across our manufacturing processes. This role is critical to maintaining product excellence and supporting our commitment to delivering premium industrial and firefighting solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Inspect RTP tube raw materials and auxiliary materials, and accurately complete all related inspection records.
Conduct inspections on RTP tube finished products and maintain detailed inspection documentation.
Label and classify raw materials, auxiliary materials, finished products, and non-conforming products.
Review and verify non-conforming RTP tube products, ensuring proper reporting and escalation.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and inspection efficiency.
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or related engineering (preferred).
Experience in manufacturing quality inspection, especially in RTP / plastic / hose / pipe production (preferred).
Strong attention to detail and good understanding of quality control procedures.
Ability to maintain accurate records and follow established inspection standards.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
