Key Responsibilities:

Lead and direct civil work crews on-site
Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and project specifications
Execute daily tasks as per project plans and schedules
Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings
Monitor work quality and report progress to supervisors
Assist in coordinating construction activities and resolving on-site issues
