Key Responsibilities:

Manage incoming and outgoing remittances through direct or third-party methods.
Support clients by providing detailed product information and informing them about available services.
Assist with the handling of wage disbursements and WPS file submissions.
Carry out transactions through a single window.
Effectively handle customer complaints and work with operations to find solutions.
Maintain the privacy of client information.
Support compliance oversight, especially in KYC, CDD, and EDD.
Support WPS salary processing and manage SIF file operations.
Uphold a professional attitude and a welcoming approach toward customers.
Comply with company policies and maintain excellent service quality.
Provide outstanding customer service both in person and via phone.

Requirements:
2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role is preferred
Finance Graduate or related qualification
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Must be currently based in the UAE.
