Key Responsibilities:
Develop process flow diagrams (PFDs), piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs), heat and material balances (H&MB). Perform process simulations, calculations, and equipment sizing (pumps, compressors, heat exchangers, reactors, separators, etc.). Ensure designs comply with industry standards, client specifications, safety regulations, and project requirements. Provide technical support in feasibility studies, conceptual design, FEED, and detailed engineering phases. Prepare process datasheets for equipment and instruments. Review vendor documents and coordinate with multidisciplinary engineering teams. Support HAZOP, SIL, and other safety reviews. Participate in commissioning, start-up, and troubleshooting activities. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and innovative design solutions.

Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
2-3 years of relevant experience in process design, preferably in oil & gas, petrochemical, or related industries.
Proficiency in process simulation software (e.g., Aspen HYSYS, Aspen Plus, PRO-II, UniSim).
Strong knowledge of international codes and standards (API, ASME, ISO, NFPA, etc.).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and technical writing skills.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
