Stay updated with advancements in the field and integrate into teaching
Requirements:
Master’s degree in relevant subject (Doctorate preferred for Associate Professor)
Proven teaching experience in higher education
Strong research background with publications
Ability to mentor and guide students effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of academic standards, curriculum design, and assessment methods
