Duty Engineer
Qualifications:

Responsibilities:
Monitor and maintain all hotel engineering systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical equipment
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency situations
Conduct regular inspections of facilities to ensure proper functioning and safety
Supervise repair, installation, and preventive maintenance activities
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams for engineering works
Maintain accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and inspections
Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards
Support energy management and cost-saving initiatives
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or relevant Engineering field
Proven experience as a Duty Engineer in hotels, preferably luxury hotels
Strong knowledge of hotel engineering systems and maintenance procedures
Ability to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Problem-solving skills and ability to handle emergencies
Good communication and coordination skills
