Key Responsibilities
• Handle daily office administration and documentation
• Prepare quotation, contract, invoices, emails, and reports
• Coordinate with operations, sales, and management teams
• Maintain accurate records, files, and client data
• Follow up on emails, approvals, and pending tasks
• Assist with HR and basic accounting tasks when required
Desired Skills & Experience
Employee Requirements
• Proven experience as an Administrator or similar role minimum 2 Years.
• Strong English communication (spoken & written - Arabic typing an advantage)
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
• Well-organized, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Qatar experience is an added advantage
