1. Forklift Operation & Material Handling
• Operate a 3-ton capacity forklift (counterbalance or reach truck, depending on facility needs) to load and unload delivery trucks, containers, and trailers.
• Safely transport goods within the warehouse, stacking pallets in designated high-bay racking systems and ensuring load stability.
• Perform daily pre-shift safety inspections and routine maintenance checks on the forklift equipment (checking oil, tires, battery/propane).
• Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and speed limits within the warehouse.
• Manually lift and move cartons weighing up to [e.g., 50 lbs/23 kg] when machinery is not practical.

2. Storekeeping & Inventory Management
• Accurately receive incoming goods, verifying quantities and quality against Purchase Orders (POs) and delivery notes.
• Execute "put-away" processes, ensuring items are stored in their assigned bin locations for easy retrieval.
• Perform accurate order picking and packing for outbound shipments based on pick lists.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and assist with full physical inventory audits to ensure stock accuracy.
• Identify and report discrepancies, damaged goods, or shortages immediately to the supervisor.

3. Computer Skills & Documentation
• Utilize the Warehouse Management System (WMS) or company ERP (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) to update inventory levels in real-time for all receiving and shipping activities.
• Generate shipping labels, bills of lading (BOL), and delivery notes using computer software.
• Use Microsoft Excel and Outlook for basic reporting and internal communication regarding stock levels.

4. Warehouse Hygiene & Safety
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment (sweeping, removing debris, organizing pallets).
• Ensure all aisles and fire exits are kept clear.
• Follow all company Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies.
