QC inspector For DCS (Distributed Control System) panel integration work across EPC projects, oil & gas, power, and industrial plants.

• Hands-on exposure to:
o Marshalling panels
o System cabinets
o Network cabinets
o HIPPS

Knowledge in Panel Integration:
• Panel GA drawings
• Wiring diagrams, loop drawings
• Cable schedules & termination drawings
• Ferruling and tagging practices
• Grounding / earthing requirements

Inspection & QC Skills (Core Requirement)
• Incoming material inspection (BOM vs delivered items)
• Visual inspection of:
o Panel layout
o Wiring workmanship
o Gland installation
• Continuity checks & insulation resistance (IR)
• Point-to-point wiring checks
• Terminal torque verification
• As-built drawing verification

Standards & Codes (Basic Awareness Required)

• Mainly SAMSS 820 AND 821
• IEC standards (IEC 60204, IEC 61010, IEC 60529)
• ISA standards (ISA-5.1, ISA-18)
• IEEE grounding practices
