Job Overview:
We are hiring a Seafood Quality Control & Production Supervisor to join a seafood production team in Dammam, KSA. This role is responsible for ensuring food safety, consistent product quality, efficient production operations, and accurate inventory/production records. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in the seafood industry and solid knowledge of HACCP, ISO, and food safety systems.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily production operations and ensure smooth workflow and efficiency
Monitor and control quality checks for all seafood products throughout production
Maintain accurate inventory records, production reports, and documentation
Implement, maintain, and improve HACCP, ISO, and food safety standards
Train, supervise, and support production staff to meet quality and output targets
Ensure full compliance with company policies and local regulatory requirements
Identify quality issues, take corrective actions, and support continuous improvement
Requirements:
Degree in Food Science or a related field
3–5 years of experience in the seafood industry (mandatory)
Strong knowledge of HACCP, ISO, and food safety standards
Transferable Iqama preferred
Good communication, leadership, and team supervision skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain records accurately
Salary & Benefits:
Salary: 2,500 – 3,500 SAR (maximum range)
