Mechanical Technician
Job Location : Saudi Arabia
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform disassembly, repair, reassembly, and installation of mechanical equipment (pumps, motors, fans, gearboxes, valves, hydraulic/pneumatic systems).
• Execute planned maintenance (PM) and predictive maintenance (PdM) routines as scheduled.
• Respond to emergency breakdowns, diagnose faults, and perform repairs to restore operations.
• Use precision measuring tools (micrometers, dial indicators, calipers) for part inspection and fitting.
• Perform basic machining (lathe, milling, drilling) and welding/fabrication as required.
• Complete work orders in the CMMS, including time confirmation, parts used, and findings.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area (5S principles).
• Follow all safety policies and procedures without exception.
Qualifications & Experience:
• Diploma or Vocational Trade Certificate in Mechanical Fitting, Millwright, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in an industrial mechanical maintenance environment.
• Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment.
• Solid understanding of mechanical principles (lubrication, tension, alignment, tolerances).
