Key responsibilities include:
Drafting and Documentation:
Preparing AutoCAD drawings based on sketches, markups, and instructions from engineers and managers
Updating drawings in line with review comments until final approval
Ensuring drawings are accurate, clear, and aligned with approved design intent
Maintaining organized drawing files, revision logs, and records
Reporting and Administrative Support:
Assisting with basic project documentation such as checklists and simple reports
Supporting the preparation of work completion and maintenance documents
Maintaining structured project folders, templates, and drawing registers
Site and Project Support:
Attending site visits when required to assist with measurements, verification, or documentation
Supporting maintenance and inspection activities at client sites under supervision
Reporting observations, issues, or discrepancies to the project manager
Coordination and Quality Control:
Working closely with project managers, engineers, and site teams
Reviewing drawings carefully before submission for internal checks
Cross-checking drawings against site information and provided instructions
Tools and Systems:
AutoCAD
Microsoft Word and Excel
Standard project templates and documentation systems
Candidate Profile:
Diploma or technical qualification in drafting or civil technology
Strong AutoCAD skills are essential
Entry-level or junior experience is acceptable
Aviation, heliport, or infrastructure exposure is an advantage but not mandatory
High attention to detail and a proactive learning attitude
Reliable, organized, and comfortable working under supervision
