PA and HR Assistant

Job Details :
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field preferred.
• Previous experience in a PA or HR assistant role within the facility management, construction, or real estate industry is advantageous.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in MS Office and familiar with HR software or applicant tracking systems.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
