Business Development Manager
Job Location : Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Key Responsibilities :
• Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve company growth objectives.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including potential clients, partners, and markets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate brokers, and industry stakeholders.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay ahead of market trends.
• Create and present proposals, negotiate deals, and close business agreements.
• Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and project teams to ensure alignment on business goals.
• Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.
• Monitor and report on performance metrics, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.

• Proven experience as a Business Development Manager in the real estate industry.
• Strong network of industry contacts and proven track record of driving business growth.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinking with the ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities.
• Familiarity with market trends, regulations, and the competitive landscape in real estate.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
