We are currently hiring an experienced HR & Admin Executive to support day-to-day human resources operations and administrative functions in a professional office environment. This role is suited for a detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple responsibilities while ensuring smooth coordination between employees, management, and external authorities.
Role Overview:
The HR & Admin Executive will be responsible for assisting with HR processes and office administration, ensuring compliance with company policies and UAE labor regulations while supporting employees throughout their lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Support recruitment activities including job postings, CV screening, and interview scheduling
Maintain accurate employee records, personal files, HR databases, and leave management systems
Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes and related documentation
Prepare HR letters, internal memos, confirmations, and routine HR reports
Coordinate attendance records and provide payroll-related inputs
Manage visa processing, medical tests, insurance documentation, and PRO coordination
Handle office administration tasks such as facilities, stationery, logistics, and vendor coordination
Assist with employee engagement initiatives, grievance handling, and HR policy implementation
Support management with HR documentation, reports, and MIS data
Ensure adherence to UAE labor laws and internal compliance standards
Skills & Competencies:
Sound knowledge of HR practices and procedures within the UAE
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in MS Office and HR management systems
High attention to detail with strong organizational skills
Ability to multitask while maintaining confidentiality
