Essential: Minimum 6 months of real estate sales experience in Dubai

What You’ll Do:
Represent and sell off-plan projects from leading Dubai developers
Stay ahead of the market with strong knowledge of new launches, pricing trends, and investment opportunities
Own the end-to-end sales journey — from lead engagement and qualification to site visits, negotiations, and closures
Build long-term client relationships by offering strategic advice and market insights
Collaborate closely with developers and internal teams to deliver a smooth, high-quality client experience
Attend project launches, developer trainings, and networking events to stay market-relevant
Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain accurate client records, follow-ups, and deal progress in the CRM.
