Key Responsibilities
Develop, update, and maintain project schedules, baselines, and recovery plans
Monitor project progress and analyze delays, risks, and schedule variances
Coordinate closely with project managers, engineers, and site teams
Prepare progress reports and planning-related documentation
Support project control functions and ensure schedule compliance
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline
Minimum 5 years of planning experience in construction projects
Strong knowledge of planning, scheduling, and delay analysis
Excellent coordination, communication, and reporting skills
Ability to manage multiple project timelines effectively
