Requirements:

Relevant degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
Proven experience in quality assurance and quality control within construction or infrastructure projects.
Strong technical knowledge of construction standards and quality management systems.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
Gulf/KSA experience is an advantage.
