Key Responsibilities:
Conduct regular field visits to travel agents, corporate clients, and prospective partners to generate new business.
Identify potential clients and convert leads into successful sales.
Promote and sell our range of services, including: Holiday Packages, Corporate Travel, MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences & Exhibitions) and Other travel-related solutions.
Build strong, long-term relationships with B2B and Corporate clients to ensure repeat business.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
Provide market insights, competitor updates, and weekly/monthly sales reports.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the smooth delivery of services and client satisfaction.
Skills & Requirements:
Experience: 1–3 years in Field Sales / B2B Sales (prior experience in Travel & Tourism is preferred).
Communication & Negotiation Skills: Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal abilities.
Client Relationship Management: Proven ability to build trust and maintain professional relationships.
Sales Ability: Strong lead conversion skills with a focus on achieving targets.
Industry Knowledge: Good understanding of travel packages, corporate travel processes, and industry trends.
Mobility: Must be open to extensive travel for client meetings, market visits, and business development activities.
