Job Title: Restaurant Manager
Qualifications: Graduate / Post Graduate
Requirements:
Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staff management and customer service
Ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation
Manage inventory, supplies, and procurement
Plan and coordinate staff schedules and training
Handle customer feedback, complaints, and ensure a positive dining experience
Monitor financial performance, budgeting, and cost control
Implement marketing and promotional strategies to increase sales
Graduate or Post Graduate in Hospitality, Business, or related field
Minimum 2-5 years of experience in restaurant or F&B management
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in shifts and handle a fast-paced environment
