Job Title: Head Chef
Qualifications: Diploma / Graduate / Culinary Degree (preferred)
Requirements:
Lead the kitchen operations and manage all culinary activities
Plan menus, recipes, and food presentation standards
Supervise and train kitchen staff, including sous chefs and commis
Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety
Manage inventory, procurement, and cost control
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Coordinate with management for events, banquets, and special functions
Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Chef in a professional kitchen
Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, kitchen management, and food safety
Leadership and team management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations
Excellent organizational, planning, and communication skills
