HR Coordinator
Job Location : Dubai, UAE
Responsibilities :
• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the human resources department.
• Maintain and update electronic and physical employee records, ensuring confidentiality.
• Handle routine HR inquiries regarding document requests and leave balances.
• Prepare HR documentation including employment contracts, offer letters, and salary certificates.
• Assist in generating HR reports and supporting audits through documentation organization.
• Support the onboarding and orientation process for new hires.
• Ensure organizational compliance with company policies and local labor laws.
Requirements :
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration is preferred.
• Essential requirement of 2 to 3 years of experience as an HR Coordinator in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of UAE and Freezone labor laws and visa processing.
Required Skills :
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and HR systems like SharePoint and ConnectHR.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with multi-tasking ability.
• Ability to maintain professional discretion and handle sensitive information.
