Estimation Engineer
Job Location : Dammam, Saudi Arabia
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare detailed cost estimates for civil, MEP, and HVAC projects.
• Review project drawings and specifications to ensure accurate cost analysis.
• Collaborate with project managers and procurement teams to evaluate bids.
• Maintain and update estimation databases and templates.
• Support tender submission processes and budget monitoring.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in construction project estimation in KSA.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and market rates.
• Proficiency in estimation software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Excel, Primavera, or specialized estimating tools).
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
Preferred:
• Experience in industrial, commercial, or infrastructure projects in KSA.
• Familiarity with local codes, standards, and regulations.
