Requirement:

• ONLY candidates with DIRECT, hands-on experience working with REAL ESTATE DEVELOPERS will be shortlisted.
• End-to-end project exposure: design, authority approvals, coordination & site execution
• Proven experience in high-rise residential / large-scale developments
• Strong technical knowledge, documentation & stakeholder coordination
• Immediate / short-notice joiners preferred
