Job Title – Estimation Engineer / Cost Controller

Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for construction projects
Monitor and control project costs throughout the project lifecycle
Analyze bills of quantities (BOQs) and tender documents
Coordinate with project teams to ensure cost efficiency
Prepare financial reports, forecasts, and cost variance analyses
Support procurement and contract management processes

Requirements:
5–7 years of experience as an Estimation Engineer / Cost Controller
Strong background in high-rise building projects
Experience working in Dubai is mandatory
Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering (BTech/BE)
Proficiency in cost estimation and project management software
Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills
