Job Title – Facility Manager
Qualifications – Graduate / Diploma
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations and maintenance of facilities
Ensure safety, security, and compliance with regulations
Manage facility staff and coordinate work schedules
Monitor and maintain building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing)
Plan and execute preventive maintenance programs
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for facility needs
Prepare reports on facility operations and maintenance
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Facility Manager or similar role
Knowledge of building systems, safety, and security standards
Strong leadership and team management skills
Ability to manage budgets and vendor contracts
Excellent organizational and communication skills
