Senior Quantity Surveyor
Job Location : UAE
Job Description :
• Lead cost planning, contract administration, and commercial reporting
• Review and negotiate variations, claims, and subcontractor packages
• Manage project valuations, cost analysis, and budget forecasting
• Perform risk assessment and cost-control strategy implementation
• Oversee audit-ready commercial documentation and approvals
• Mentor QS team members and coordinate with project leadership
Requirements & Qualifications :
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related discipline
• 3–8+ years experience for QS, 8+ years for Senior QS
• Mandatory experience in UAE aluminum & glass / façade / engineering projects
• Strong knowledge of contracts, variations, claims, and cost control
• Proficiency in Excel, AutoCAD, and QS/ERP/estimation software
• Ability to meet tight deadlines with high accuracy and compliance
• Immediate availability to join is required
