Key Responsibilities
Coordinate MEP scope with architectural design and site execution.
Identify clashes early (site vs drawings) and propose practical solutions.
Support approvals-ready planning and technical documentation.
Ensure safe routing, correct load planning, and clean finishing outcomes.
Requirements
MEP coordination experience in UAE renovation/fit-out is highly preferred.
Ability to read layouts, understand site constraints, and coordinate vendors.
Strong communication and daily reporting mindset.
Dubai-based or ready to relocate.
