Responsibilities:
Assist in food preparation and cooking under the guidance of senior chefs
Prepare ingredients and maintain kitchen hygiene
Ensure proper portioning and presentation of dishes
Follow recipes and standard operating procedures
Assist in inventory management and stock rotation
Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and kitchen equipment
Support other kitchen staff during peak hours
