About the role
We’re looking for a proactive Safety Officer to help maintain a safe, compliant, and high-quality working environment across our production operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Conduct facility and equipment inspections to identify hazards
• Investigate accidents, near misses, and safety incidents
• Support risk assessments and recommend safety improvements
• Deliver safety training and promote a strong safety culture
• Collaborate with health professionals to manage workplace health risks
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering
• Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial safety or occupational health
· Local Hire only – for Kuwaiti Nationals
Skills
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations, ISO 45001 / ISO 14001
• Experience with HIRA, JSA, and incident investigation
• Excellent communication, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail
