Al Mulla Office Automation Solutions (OAS) is looking for a dynamic, results-driven Sales Manager to lead sales for Enterprise Software solutions and adjacent digital transformation platforms.
What you'll do:
• Lead sales of ECM, DMS, workflow, BPM, and automation solutions
• Build, qualify, and close a strong pipeline across enterprise and government accounts
• Own complex opportunities with long sales cycles and multi-stakeholder decision making
• Deliver forecasts, targets, and revenue growth with disciplined reporting and CRM hygiene
• Manage and position the relevant product portfolio with strong solution fitment
What we're looking for:
• Proven track record in selling ECM and digital transformation software
• Strong experience engaging enterprise and government customers
• Clear understanding of compliance, governance, security, and process automation
• Confidence presenting to CIOs, IT Directors, and senior business leaders
Experience:
• Minimum 5 years in enterprise software / solutions sales
• Preferred 7–10 years in ECM, DMS, BPM, workflow, or digital transformation platforms
