Qualifications – Graduate / Diploma (Hospitality or F&B preferred)

Responsibilities:
Manage daily restaurant operations efficiently
Supervise staff and coordinate team activities
Ensure high-quality food and service standards
Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and feedback
Monitor inventory, supplies, and cost control
Implement hygiene, safety, and operational procedures
Support training and development of restaurant staff
