Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
Minimum 10 years of experience in managing large-scale construction projects.
Proven experience managing projects of similar scale.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
PMP or equivalent certification is preferred.
Knowledge of local construction regulations and standards.
