Duties and Responsibilities:
- Receive and handle customer orders via phone.
- Enter customer information into the system.
- Perform online payment tasks.
- Receive, handle, track, and close customer inquiries.
- Receive customer complaints and feedback via various channels, handle them, and escalate to the Customer Centric Agent.
Social Media Applications Handling:
- Instagram: Retailing, complaints, inquiries, medical consultancy, receiving orders via DM.
- WhatsApp: Retailing, complaints, inquiries, medical consultancy, receiving orders via DM, updating daily status/offers.
- Handling orders from Website, TawSeel, and Talabat.
- Insurance Handling: Receive claims, proceed with approvals, forward to pharmacists.
- Perform medical consultancy and reply to all customer inquiries.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or any equal qualification.
- Experience: Fresh graduate is preferred.
- Languages: Arabic and English.
