HR & Admin Supervisor
Job Location : Dubai, UAE
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business objectives
• Manage end-to-end recruitment, selection, and onboarding for technical, operational, and support positions
• Design and oversee performance management systems, employee engagement initiatives, and career development programs
• Ensure full compliance with UAE Labour Law, Free Zone regulations, and internal company policies
• Administer compensation and benefits programs to ensure market competitiveness and internal equity
• Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions in a fair and consistent manner
• Work closely with department heads on workforce planning, manpower needs, and succession planning
• Lead organizational development initiatives and continuous improvement of HR processes
• Maintain accurate HR records, reports, and analytics to support management decision-making
• Promote a positive work culture focused on teamwork, professionalism, and safety in line with MRO industry standards
• Oversee office administration, including inventory control, office supplies, and vendor coordination
Qualifications and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
• Minimum of 5 to 7 years of HR experience, with UAE experience preferred
• Strong understanding of UAE labour laws and HR best practices
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
• Immediate joiners are highly preferred
