We are urgently seeking an experienced Specialist Estimator with strong expertise in high-end interior fit-out and bespoke joinery projects to join our growing team.
Key Requirements:
Educational Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field
Experience
Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in the Fit-out & Joinery industry
Software Proficiency
Hands-on experience with industry-standard estimating software (PlanSwift, CAD, etc.)
Advanced MS Excel skills
Technical & Professional Expertise
In-depth expertise in pricing bespoke joinery, millwork, and custom finishes
Strong understanding of material costs, specifications, sourcing, and quality standards
Proven negotiation skills with subcontractors and suppliers to achieve target budgets
Comprehensive knowledge of costing, material take-offs, and installation methods for all interior elements
Ability to read and interpret MEP (M&E) drawings to accurately cost service coordination within interior fit-out works
