QA/QC Inspector (Fit-Out)

Job Location : Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily inspections of all fit-out activities including joinery, MEP (second fix), ceilings, partitions, flooring, and finishes.
• Inspect materials upon delivery to ensure they match approved samples and specifications.
• Maintain and update comprehensive quality control records, inspection reports, and non-conformance reports (NCRs).
• Monitor the implementation of method statements and ITPs (Inspection and Test Plans).
• Liaise with site supervisors and foremen to rectify defects and ensure immediate corrective actions.
• Ensure all work complies with local authority regulations and client requirements.
• Attend snagging and handover meetings.
• Promote a culture of quality and safety on site.

Candidate Requirements:

• Diploma or certification in Civil Engineering, Construction, or a related field. Relevant QA/QC certifications are a plus.
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of UAE experience as a QA/QC Inspector, specifically in the fit-out and interior construction sector.
• Must possess a valid UAE Driving License.
• Strong knowledge of fit-out materials, techniques, and finishing standards.
• Keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Good communication and reporting skills.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: AED 4,000 to AED 6,000 per month.
• Company Car provided.
• As per UAE Labour Law.
