Job Title: Project Engineer
Qualifications: Engineering Graduates/PG, Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate construction and fit-out projects on-site
Work closely with architects, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project execution
Monitor project progress, quality, and adherence to timelines
Resolve technical issues and provide solutions for site challenges
Ensure compliance with construction standards, safety regulations, and project specifications
Maintain project documentation, reports, and drawings
Support project managers in planning, scheduling, and reporting
Requirements:
Total of 10–15 years of relevant experience in construction and fit-out projects
Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or related field)
Strong knowledge of project coordination, site supervision, and construction standards
Ability to solve technical problems and make decisions on-site
Excellent communication, coordination, and documentation skills
Experience in preparing and maintaining project reports and records
