Job Title: Senior Travel Consultant
Qualifications: Diploma/ Graduate
Responsibilities:
Provide expert travel consultation and personalized solutions to clients
Book flights, hotels, and travel packages according to client requirements
Maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers
Assist clients with visa, insurance, and travel documentation
Keep up-to-date with travel industry trends, promotions, and regulations
Resolve client issues and provide exceptional customer service
Support sales targets and business development initiatives
Requirements:
Relevant educational qualification
Proven experience as a Travel Consultant, preferably in corporate or luxury travel
Strong knowledge of travel booking systems and travel products
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Knowledge of UAE/GCC travel regulations is an advantage
