Job Details :
• Strong understanding of recruitment, onboarding processes, and employee relations
• Proficiency in payroll management and ensuring compliance with labor laws
• Experience in developing HR strategies and coordinating employee training programs
• Excellent communication, organizational, and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information
• Proficiency in HR software and tools
• Knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations is highly preferred
• Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus
