Purchasing Assistant
Job Location : Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Duties & Responsibilities :
• Processing of all purchase orders for local and import suppliers for MCT Group.
• Sending payment details to Suppliers, coordinating with reception for collection of invoices by post, courier and direct deliveries.
• Submitting original invoices to Finance - To check the invoice quantity and price with purchase order and also quantity received with the goods received note from Stores and Logistics department.
• Following up with PRO office for renewal of all licenses and certificates for all companies -Trade License, Commercial License, Environmental License -Abu Dhabi, Registration for Precursors & Chemicals End Users, Civil Defence certificates for Dubai and Abu Dhabi, Supplier certificate.
• Company owned vehicles - checking of Traffic fines and Salik balance recharge
• Any other work relating purchase department, follow up and coordination with all internal departments.
Qualifications & Skills :
• Bachelor’s Degree /Diploma in Business Administration or relevant
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience preferably in Procurement or related field
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite tools and other software as required
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
