Job Title: Reservation Agent
Qualifications & Requirements:
High School, Higher Secondary, or Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
Good communication and customer service skills
Basic computer skills and familiarity with reservation systems or software
Experience:
1–3 years of experience in reservations, ticketing, or customer service (preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
Handle reservations and bookings via phone, email, or online platforms
Provide accurate information about room availability, flight schedules, or travel packages
Assist customers with modifications, cancellations, and special requests
Process payments, refunds, and issue confirmations
Maintain accurate customer records and booking data
Coordinate with other departments (front desk, operations, or airline teams) to ensure smooth service delivery
Resolve customer complaints or escalate issues appropriately
Meet targets for bookings, upselling, or occupancy where applicable
Stay updated on products, promotions, and company policies
