We’re Hiring | Sales Representative – Gulf Hotel (Local Hire)
Gulf Hotel Convention & Spa is seeking an energetic and customer-oriented Sales Representative to contribute to revenue growth by actively promoting hotel accommodations, food and beverage outlets, catering services, and event facilities. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional who enjoys building client relationships and driving sales performance in a dynamic hotel environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct regular sales calls and in-person client visits to promote hotel offerings
Actively market guest rooms, restaurants, catering services, and event venues
Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate accounts and individual clients
Identify new business opportunities and support the achievement of sales targets
Coordinate closely with Reservations, Events, F&B, and Operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery
Follow up on confirmed bookings, client feedback, and post-event requirements
Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular sales activity and performance reports
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
Previous experience in hospitality sales, including hotel, F&B, catering, or events, is preferred
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Professional appearance and presentation
Valid Bahrain driving license will be considered an added advantage
